fishing update for 7-31 06 and 8-1-06

Big eyes !!! Big eyes!!! Big eyes. . .
The last day of July and the first day of August ended on a red hot fishing note for the lucky anglers on the High Return. We were loaded up with big eye tuna both days. The weather and the action were absolutely incredible. On Monday we mixed a Blue Marlin release in but on tuesday it was straight tuna. And I mean big ones, check this out. . .

That's our very own Capt.Dave lending a hand, hoisting in one of eight big eye tunas we caught Tuesday, Aug 1st. All the fish were between 90 and 135 lbs@!

We really never know when the big eyes will show up or how long they will bite for but this is two days in a row. Check back with us see what tomorrow brings. We'll be looking back at the baits looking for another big hole and a bent pole--won't you come join us?
