We have not been able to get out for 2 weeks because of the two systems last week and this week. The wind has been really blowing out the North. We had one day break in the systems with one boat managing to get out. He caught his limit of Tuna and was back at the dock by lunchtime. We are looking forward to some good fishing when this weather moves out. Keep on eye for the next blog to bring you a great report and some pictures.

We spent another day in the woods today, but I spoke to girls at the fishing center to find out what happened. The boats that did fish had close to a limit of dolphin, 3-11 Yellowfin Tunas per boat and we heard of a couple wahoo & a couple of marlin caught. Where can you get such a varity in one day?? We made it through Tropical Storm Hanna safe and sound. We are taking a few days off in the woods but I have heard from the fleet that THE TUNA ARE BACK!!!! That is good news for everyone; some boats had their limits and were back at OIFC by midday. Thinking about filling your freezer - call Capt Dave to book your trip.......
